Re Leonard Model 49 - C. Scott Bennett

My Leonard Model 49, 3pc, 7 1/2', 5wt, measures as follows (over varnish):

  0 .060"
  5 .075
10 .090
15 .105
20 .127
25 .130
30 .142
35 .156
40 .182
45 .192
50 .205
55 .213
60 .224
65 .235
70 .260
75 .283
80 .303
85 GRIP

This rod is a gorgeous blond w/ red wraps, all cork grip and reelseat, with
DL sliding ring. It is also a medium action and I cannot cast alot of line
with it (nor do I want to). A Model 49 "L" might be a different piece
altogether.

Scott
