Richard Tyree recently posted some tapers taken @ grayling. Thought I'd throw in that rod #3 with the "buttery smooth" feel is a Payne probably a 200L (sorry but the bag tag is long gone so a 200L is our best guess). 8', 3piece, 4 wt. It will handle a 5 but "comes alive" with a 4 wt.
