There are new (summer 2008) air photos of Wisconsin by county at the following site. These are high resolution (1 meter) photos. Better & newer than most of whats on Google Maps etc:

These are big files and you have to first download them to your computer. So its not for everyone. You need a high-speed internet link, some hard disk space & just a little computer savvy.
You also have to download a viewer plugin (the link is on the site); then you just open them with your web browser & pan & zoom. Really nice photography.
