I was out on the Black Earth Creek on Hy #14 West of Madison on Sun (3/16). I talked to a guide and he told me to start off on Olson Road which is outside of Black Earth Creek on Hy#14 and work my way back to Black Earth. I caught 1 trout and saw 1 caught. He told me this spot is a good early trout spot. After that I went down to South Valley Rd. on Hy #14 but with no luck.
