I stopped by Grant Park yesterday. The water level is very low.
I walked the river from the first bridge to the second bridge and did
not see any fish. We need a good rain to bring the water levels up and
hopefully the fish. I also went to Eastabrook Park. There is no more
ice on the river. I spoke to a couple of flyfisher's who said it was still
pretty slow. One guy said he caught and released 3 fish. Two small
steelhead and one 10# brown trout. All the fish were caught drifting
a spawn sack. He said the water temp was only 41 deg. If you are
