I didn't fish, but I did go to Kletch and Estabrook Parks. There doesn't seem to be a lot going on at Estabrook, but the dam is open so the fish can get to Kletch. There were a bunch of fishermen at Kletch. There were even a few people fishing at Hubbard Park south of Capitol Dr. The weather is too bad for me. Let us know if any of you goes and how well you do.
