I just got back from a weekend at the Dells. While there I took some time on Saturday morning to take Franks advise and fished Lawrence Creek. I only fished for about an hour and a half and landed five very colorful brook trout. I had several other hits and a few that I lost before I could bring them to hand. The only fly they seemed to like was a #18 beadhead pheasant tail.
Lawrence creek is a beautiful little brook trout stream that I would recommend to everyone.
