I just got back from the Milwaukee River. It has more salmon in it than water. They're all over the place. If you go during the week, you can't get into Estabrook Park. It's blocked off on both ends. I wanted to fish near Capital Dr. so I went to Hubbard Park and walked the trail upstream to the bridge.
Estabrook Park will be open on weekends.
