I was in Green Bay this weekend for a meeting. On the way back to Milwaukee I stopped in Kohler at the city yards. There were four trucks from MN and several other people there. No one seemed to have had any luck.
In Manitowoc the water was very low and no one had any luck there either.
The Milwaukee R. at C and 43 was flowing but not much action. I got an under the min. bass.
