Kwan and I tried fishing just north of Capital Dr. this afternoon. He lost a steelhead and I lost a fresh King. We saw a lot of fish, but most of them were not in a biting mood. The river is down over a foot from my last trip Monday, but it's still running pretty fast. We took a ride up to the dam and no one was fishing in the water. There were a couple guys on the bank. At Kletch it still looks a little scary and we didn't see anyone fishing there. A couple more days and the water level should be more manageable.
