The only "new" taper was a 7', 4wt I built based on an old Heddon taper. It's
a fast rod but still allows for a delicate presentation. Casts well both
short and long. Jeff Schaeffer seemed to really like it.Jeff any
comments??The others were the mystery rod (already posted) and Paul Youngs
Para-14 (already posted). Here's the 7'er..
7', 2piece, 4wt 12/64 ferrule
0 = .064, 5 = .079, 10 = .088, 15 = .108, 20 = .123, 25 = .141, 30 = .155, 35
= .169, 40 = .180, 45 = .186, 50 = .202, 55 = .220, 60 = .234, 65 = .248, 70
= .265, 75 = .335, 80 = .335, 84 = .335
