I turned a 6 1/2" modified western type handle, downlocking slide band
reelseat.  After looking in Lang's, I would make an educated guess the
handle was very slightly tapered or level.
You might look at the difference between the tip tapers of the Para 15 and
come up with your own taper for the heavier tip.
